K. Bennett - Disability Advocate

My name is Kelly Bennett.

I am a non-attorney representative for Social Security Disability claims.

I have been a successful Social Security Disability Representative for over
twelve years and a member in good standing of NOSSCR* since 1998.

*(National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives)

I specialize in getting 'On-the-Record' decisions for clients age 50 and above.
I take a limited number of claims so that I am able to provide personalized service to every client. I have a small staff to handle paperwork and research, however, I do all the phone comunications with my clients and if a hearing is required, I travel to your city for the hearing at NO COST to you.

Does Social Security treat Attorney and Non-attorney Representatives differently?
No!! Social Security recognizes both attorneys and non-attorney representatives equally and Social Security reports show no differences between the two in successful results.

Do I have to meet with you in person?
No!! I have handled hundreds of claims in the western states and I have been extremely successful in getting favorable decisions in less than a year. The use of fax, email, phone and
mail makes it unnecessary to meet with the clients, in fact, most of my clients win fast favorable decisions without my ever having to meet with them.

What will you have to do once you are represented?
Once the preliminary paperwork is completed, the only thing you will need to do from then on, is to make sure that you continue getting medical treatment and to make me aware of any new medical evidence or address changes. I take care of all paperwork needed and file any appeals or necessary information.

What does it cost to be represented?
Social Security sets the rules and amounts that ALL representatives charge. If you win, the standard fee is 25% of any past-due benefits or $6,000 which ever is less. There is no fee if you do not win.
